Principles of Care Management for the Patient with Chronic Heart Failure

This is a formal and academically accredited educational programme to prepare registered nurses and other allied health care professionals to manage patients with chronic heart failure. The course has been developed by the Caledonian University in Glasgow in partnership with the British Heart Foundation (BHF), the BSH, the University of Leicester and now the University of West of England.
