How do I join as a member or renew my account? You can become a member or renew your account by going to our Membership area I can’t log in, what do I do? If you’ve lost your password, ask for a Reset link and an email will be sent to your preferred email address If you lost both your username (usually email) and password, please contact our admin team at our Contact us page Where can I change my address? You can change your address on Edit address section I would like to change my contact details. Do I need to contact you? I’m a member, but why am I not receiving any email after changing Password? Please check your spam folder. Sometimes firewall at your place of work prevents access. Please contact your work IT helpdesk if not resolved. You can contact us if you are still having problems. Why can’t I access Members Portal? You must be a paid member to access our Members Portal. Please login to your account with your email and password for access How do I pay? You can pay monthly or annually by direct debit or card. We no longer accept payment via standing order or PayPal How can I contact you?
