Delyth is Advanced Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner, Morriston Hospital, Swansea Bay University Health Board and is Chair of the BSH Nurse Forum.

Delyth is an experienced heart failure nurse with both community and secondary care experience, who currently leads an acute in-patient heart failure service. The service has recently won the NHS Wales Award for delivering higher value health and care. Delyth is committed to raising awareness of the condition and supports in advising and influencing the provision of HF nursing services at a local and national level, striving to provide equitable access to care for people with HF. She has represented the BSH on the editorial board of the BJCN and sits on the All Wales HF Nurse Forum.
