The Deadline for submitting data to the NHFA is 31st May 2026.
Please note this coincides with a bank holiday weekend. So, you may wish to ensure all data is submitted prior to that weekend.
There will be no extensions to the deadline. Please ensure that for all submitted records, under admission data, where you have ticked specialist inpatient care was with a HF Cardiologist (1), you must also tick Other Consultant Cardiologist (6).
The same principle also applies where follow up is with a HF Cardiologist.
Finally, thank you for all the hard work involved in submitting data. It is invaluable and much appreciated.
