Hannah qualified in 2017 and since then has dedicated herself to varying cardiac and cardiology roles, culminating in her current position as a heart failure and cardiac sarcoidosis specialist nurse. She joined the BSH Nurse Forum in 2023 and has found the collaborative effect inspiring.

She is eager to contribute to a culture within the BSH that champions specialist education for doctors, nurses and allied professionals. Hannah wishes to promote research inclusion at all levels and empower nurses to play an active and leading role in this. She believes doing so will ensure a higher standard of care to all patients, reducing the emotional and physical cost of heart failure.

Hannah wants to build on the collaborative relationships formed with other cardiovascular, imaging and general practice professional societies, to ensure greater awareness and consideration of heart failure.
