Poppy Brooks is the lead advanced practitioner for cardiac support services, Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust, a member of the BSH Board and Past Chair of the BSH Nurse Forum.

Poppy practices as a Heart Failure Specialist in both the hospital and the community and has also represented the BSH on the Editorial Board of the BJCN and is the current BSH representative on the BACPR council.
