All about the Committee

  • The Standards and Ethics Committee is established to:  

    • Ensure BSH upholds the highest ethical standards, conduct, and practises, in all its operations and activities, in alignment with its mission, values, and legal and regulatory obligations.  

    • Respond accordingly and robustly when there are concerns this has not been the case.  

    • Oversee application of the Charity’s Complaints Procedure. 

    • Issues pertaining to this committee include, but are not limited to, conflict of interest, whistleblowing, complaints, and failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct.
